BOS Semiconductors theo mô hình fabless có trụ sở tại Hàn Quốc, được thành lập vào năm 2022. Chúng tôi chuyên thiết kế và phát triển các giải pháp hệ thống trên chip (SoC), tập trung vào các dòng bán dẫn hiệu suất cao, tiết kiệm năng lượng, bao gồm CPU, card đồ họa, và các giao tiếp tín hiệu tốc độ cao – những yếu tố then chốt trong lĩnh vực bán dẫn ô tô.
Hyundai Motor Group là một trong những nhà đầu tư vào BOS Semiconductors, kỳ vọng sẽ hợp tác cùng phát triển các công nghệ bán dẫn phục vụ cho xu hướng di chuyển trong tương lai.
BOS Semiconductors Vietnam (BHRC) được thành lập vào tháng 11 năm 2022, là một trong những trung tâm R&D quan trọng của công ty, chiếm 40% lực lượng nghiên cứu và phát triển toàn cầu. Trong hai năm qua, đội ngũ tại BHRC chủ yếu tập trung vào mảng phát triển phần cứng, bao gồm nhiều kỹ sư xuất sắc là sinh viên tốt nghiệp từ các trường đại học hàng đầu tại Việt Nam. BHRC đang không ngừng mở rộng quy mô và hiện đang phát triển thêm lĩnh vực phần mềm, đồng thời chuẩn bị cho quá trình sản xuất SoC.

What You’ll Work On

As an RTL Design Intern, you’ll be trained and get hands-on experience in:

Develop practical RTL design skills under the direct mentorship of highly experienced engineers.
Build a strong long-term career foundation through essential competencies such as LINT, CDC, RDC, SDC, logic synthesis, Static Timing Analysis (STA), Design-for-Test (DFT), FPGA, and more.
Working with licensed, industry-standard EDA tools and contributing to a real project module.
Learn how to communicate, discuss, and collaborate effectively with other engineering teams, including Design Verification, Physical Design, and Software.
Learn to work independently and deliver weekly progress reports like a real engineer.
Apply licensed commercial AI software tools to the work.

Candidate Profile

3^rd year student or final year student graduating in 2026 pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related field
Basic understanding of RTL design concepts and methodologies.
Familiarity with industry-standard CAD tools (Cadence, Synopsys, Mentor) is a plus.
Exposure to scripting languages such as Tcl, Python, or Perl is an advantage.
Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.
Ability to communicate and work in English.
Availability to commit according to the program’s work arrangement:
- Part-time: Minimum 3 days per week, or
- Full-time: 5 days per week

What You’ll Work On

As a Design Verification Intern, you’ll be trained and get hands-on experience in:

Learn best-practice verification methodologies under the guidance of senior engineers.
Participate in building common verification components to improve reusability and enable scalable testbench development.
Explore and investigate AI-driven techniques to accelerate the verification process.
Gain exposure to R&D activities through technical review sessions led by highly experienced engineers.

Candidate Profile

3^rd year student or final year student graduating in 2026 pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related field
Basic understanding of computer architecture, and SoC design principles
Familiarity with Verilog or an interest in learning hardware description languages.
Interest in failure analysis, structured problem-solving, and working within project schedules.
Basic knowledge of scripting languages such as Perl and/or Python is a plus.
Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.
Ability to communicate and work in English.
Availability to commit according to the program’s work arrangement:
- Part-time: Minimum 3 days per week, or
- Full-time: 5 days per week
