𝟏. 𝐌𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐲 𝐋𝐚𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫 (𝐅𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐡𝐞𝐫/𝐉𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐫)

Design and implement custom physical layouts for Memory architectures (SRAM, ROM, and Register File).

Execute physical verification checks (DRC, LVS, ERC, DFM) using industry-standard EDA tools.

You may be a great fit if you have: A Bachelor’s degree (or are a final-year student) in Electronics, CS, or related fields; a solid understanding of CMOS and memory architectures; and basic scripting skills (Unix Shell, Perl, or Python).

𝟐. 𝐌𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐲 𝐂𝐢𝐫𝐜𝐮𝐢𝐭 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫 (𝐅𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐡𝐞𝐫/𝐉𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐫)

Develop and optimize commercial embedded memory IPs at the transistor level.

Perform SPICE/HSPICE simulations and collaborate closely on physical verification (DRC/LVS).

You may be a great fit if you have: A recommended GPA of 7.5/10 (3.0/4.0) or above; a strong foundation in CMOS circuit theory and semiconductor physics; and hands-on experience with EDA tools (HSPICE, Virtuoso, Custom Compiler, etc.).
