Announcement regarding the meeting between new students of the Year 2023 and the Dean of the Faculty of Electronics and Telecommunications

The meeting between new students of the Year 2023 and the Board of Deans of the Faculty of Electronics and Telecommunications is an activity organized to provide information and answer questions for new students about the faculty, majors, and student activities… helps students have an overview of the major, to provide direction and plans for the university study process. Besides, students are provided with the necessary contact information.

The Faculty of Electronics and Telecommunications announces the time, location, and content of the meeting as follows:

1. For the regular program

– Time: 8:00 – 11:30, Saturday morning, September 9, 2023 (Students must be present 15 minutes before to take attendance.)

– Location: Hall I, ground floor, building I, campus 227 Nguyen Van Cu, District 5

– Content:

7:45 – 8:00: Reception

8:00 – 9:00: Introducing the Union – Association and student activities, answering questions, receiving registration of Youth Unions and associations, and nominating class officers.

09:00 – 9:45: Introducing and receiving registration for recruiting Clubs, Teams, and Groups of Faculty.

09:45 – 11:15: Meeting with the Board of Deans and answering questions about the faculty and majors.

11:15 – 11:30: Taking group photos (in front of building I)

2. For the high quality program

– Time: 13:30 – 17:00, Saturday evening, September 9, 2023 (Students must be present 15 minutes before to take attendance.)

– Location: Hall I, ground floor, building I, campus 227 Nguyen Van Cu, District 5

– Content:

13:15 – 13:30: Reception

13:30 – 15:00: Meeting with the Board of Deans and answering questions about the faculty and majors.
